Communicated with me through the entire project. Once into the replacement, the staff advised me that the area behind the gutters/soffet area, over my garage, was rotted. I thought for sure this would put a halt on the project & I would need to get another contractor over to repair. Instead, they calmed those fears & stated that they could fix this for a small additional fee. The employees fixed the framing, plywood & put the soffet & gutters back up when complete. I could feel that my upstairs was a bit cooler & less AC loss by evening. I would highly recommend TopTier to everyone.
